The Lodge Chairs
For a reception area at the Pinto Paris agency, Tapissier Seigneur workshop created covers for two armchairs with strong personalities.
The inside of the seat and backrest are covered in long-haired Tibetan lambskin. The outside is covered in velvety lambskin. The challenge was to match the size of each piece for assembly—with the seams hidden by the fur—and to create a cover that could be completely removed from under the seat. Eyelets were integrated from the outset to allow the metal frame to pass through.

The Pilati Sofa
Based on an idea by fashion designer Stefano Pilati, the Pilati sofa rises to every challenge when it comes to creating volume. Like a throw casually draped over its outer arm, the sofa armrest is a fabric origami, both airy and sophisticated.
Upholsterer Tapissier Seigneur was brought in to study its design and work on its construction. The requirement? A reinforced “lip” flap that provides functional and comfortable support while remaining harmonious. In turn, the junctions between the back cushions and seat cushions echo this bold draping of the fabric.
A plant material sometimes used in woven form, raffia is showcased here on decorative cushions in the form of embroidery.
Placed in the reception area, this quartet of cushions showcases the expertise of our sewing workshop alongside Maison Duchenoy.
A wide coordinating braid adorns their edges, highlighting the design of monkeys jumping from branch to branch. The centerpiece, a rectangular leopard-print cushion, continues this invitation to exoticism.
Decorative Curtains
Two windows are decorated with double-rod curtains made by the workshop. Entirely handcrafted, the pair of sheer curtains is sewn with rings to create classic pleats, while the double fabric curtains are structured with several contrasting panels. The challenge? Ensuring that the geometric patterns look just as beautiful with the curtains open as they do when closed.
A window decoration that is both aesthetic and practical, serving a triple purpose: blackout, thermal insulation, and soundproofing.
